Enquiry closed : London Road Northbound (NSG 09700023) carriageway is on our Forward Programme with a fairly high priority (Job number 69751). Due to the complexity of the location it was put forward for Design in 2018/19 so that we would be in a good position to put it on a positive programme of works when funding could be secured. As things currently stand, it has been shortlisted for consideration to be included in the 2020/21 programme but we are not in the position at this time to give any guarantees as there are many caveats that need to be overcome – sufficient funding, road space permissions.
