The contractors for the development behind our bungalow have created an extension to the pavement and covered one of the drains that clear the surface water from Burndell Road. This has caused extensive puddles outside our and next doors bungalows. I have attempted to speak to the foreman for the ground works but have been unable to have any conservation with him. Previously they performed some remedial work on the bank that they cut away, but I am sure that you will see that their efforts are far from satisfactory. We have heard that there is a proposal for a bus shelter outside our property. This, I would assume will involve further cutting away of the bank which, I understand, belongs to you.. 	14/06/2019 18:18 Enquiry closed : Thank you for your report. The area was inspected on the 12/06/19; at the time of inspection the area was clear and safe and the site manager has been made aware of their responsibility to keep road clear of mud and debris. With regards West Sussex highways Team
