the location is actually at the rear of opus studios on ashburton terrace. which is accessed off Grasmere road which is itself off Plaistow high Street. partly fly-tipping in the form of some broken old pallets, but also overflow from the recycling bins which are insufficient for the location. the rubbish has blown all up and down the street so extra attention from Street sweepers will also be required.
