This sign has been covered with spray paint for the 3rd time at least. This van os very suspicious as it is always parked there for the times I have seen the parking sign restrictions vandalised. Highways team please sort out this corner of the park, It is used for bad parking, idling, drug taking, flytipping, men stopping cars to urinate in the park. Please put some planters and give this space back to the community.
