This morning a white Mercedes van dumped loads of rubbish on top of the residential rubbish awaiting bin collection. Some of this was hardcore/broken bricks which the bin men left as it is builders rubble. I have the van registration number should you need it to fine the fly tippers. -Silmore Lodge, Dinsmore Road, London, SW12 9PS
