Hi Leicester City Council, i would like to bring to your attention inappropriate parking outside Leicester Community Rooms Hillsborough Rd, Glen Parva, Leicester LE2 9PQ. Visitors of the centre are parking daily on the green verge, double lines and blocking 3 bus stops in close proximity compromising public safety and those using Arriva bus services 87/88.
