Attempted fly tipping. White box van with tail lift, photo here shows visible number plate.<br/>At approx. 2.30 pm Sat. 27Apr24, the driver of this van attempted to fly tip outside our garages. The van had parked and the perpetrator was just offloading his first rubble when a neighbour witnessed his actions, approached him, and saw him off. Nothing to clean up at the site. There is no method of reporting this offender other than on here.<br/>Same location as fly tipping of building rubble on 06Mar24.
