Tree is located in the garden of 19 Kings Avenue, Muswell Hill, London, N10 1PA.
There is a large Ash tree which I consider poses a potential risk to children using the school playground of Our Lady of Muswell Catholic Primary School.
I have made efforts to contact the owners on Wednesday 29th January 2025 by way of a letter. No response has been forthcoming.
Please can you consider serving notice on the tree owners under Section 23 (2) Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976
Please respond to advise your proposed position by 26th February 2025.-19 Kings Avenue, Muswell HIll, N10 1PA
