Tree is overhanging into public realm air space. This is a highly congested corner during the school runs as it leads to the local junior school, infants school and 3 nurseries depending on your direction of travel. It is often 4 abreast between a parent and child (on foot, on scooter, on bike) coming one way, and the same again the other way, often with buggies in tow. I am only 1.5m tall and I have to duck to walk through the branches. Normal height adults are having to walk into the road to g-56A, Avenue Road, Forest Gate, London, E7 0LD
