Rain water for property piping in alleyway causing ponding and sometimes residential property wastage coming through when blocked on to streets, and the water has no where to go as the street gutter is blocked, pedestrians having to go round on to the road and elderly are at risk of slip. The water is coming from the alleyway and also causing damage to the door frame.
