The driver parked the car in front of my underground basement car parking ,the car was locked and nobody was inside.Its blocked my way to get in and get out in to my flat .I came from my 12 hours shift for an emergency to pick my newborn baby to hospital ,unfortunately i cant park my car outside i was stucked in the road for a long time during the night.-46 Friar Lane, Leicester, LE1 5RA
